Our Origins
We started as geographers in a planning and community development specialty arena and learned our business from there. Our primary experience is in the Mid-Atlantic Region of the USA. Our purpose was to find projects that fit the goals of the community.
While we started as a firm that has focused on the Interstate 81 corridor within the Mid and South Atlantic region, we now see ourselves as a world-wide firm, thanks to technology.
Our name suggests that we advance or rather accelerate the growth or progress of your cause. We want you to think ahead. We want you to initiate sound, functional planning design through a process that establishes goals, policies and procedures. We want to help you carry them out. This is because we believe that in today’s worldwide economic environment advance planning will continue to foster a positive lifestyle for all organizations and communities.
